Long gone are the days when women are willing to forsake all parts of their lives in pursuit of the corner office. Long before the career-changing impact of COVID-19, women began to reconsider what career success actually meant. COVID-19 simply accelerated that examination, and employers and employees alike are currently redefining what that corporate dream means to them.

During 4th Annual The CLIMB Career Summit, we've explored what it means to redefine the corporate dream with some of the leading Black female corporate executives. This immersive career experience was designed with Black professional women, ages 25-40 in mind.
