About The Program

According to the New York Times, a decade ago, 98% of parents said that they expected their kids to attend college. Now, about half of American parents say they don’t want their kids to go to a four-year college. They are beginning to question if college is worth it.

As colleges and universities, you understand that a four-year degree is only the beginning of a student’s journey. The workplace presents its own set of challenges, often governed by “unwritten rules” that can determine a graduate’s success.

The challenge is that most people tasked with preparing students to work in corporate environments have not worked in corporate environments, leading to blindspots that could unintentionally negatively impact the students they are working with.

This program is designed to help bridge that gap.

Mapped to the eight career competencies, the content in this course is practical, tactical, and able to be acted upon immediately by students.

While Colleges and Universities do an excellent job of helping students get jobs, we want to partner with you to ensure students keep their jobs.
