ARE YOU WHERE YOU WANT TO BE?
Ask yourself these five questions to see if you are motivated by the right things:
Am I doing it because I feel obligated to do so, or am I excited that you get to?
What am I hoping to accomplish, and is this the best way for me to get there?
Do I like who I am becoming in the pursuit of my goals?
Is there still joy in the work?
Can I see myself putting in the amount of time and effort that is required for me to see this goal through?
