5 Ways I’m Honoring my Mental Health

With everything going on in the world, I am dedicated to taking care of my mental health. Processing the shooting in Buffalo reminded me of how fragile my mental health can be, so I have picked five things that I am committed to doing to make sure that I am mentally at my best.


  1. Continue therapy

  2. Starting pilates

  3. Reading more fiction books

  4. Spending time in the sun with Tripp (my dog)

  5. Having a hard stop to my workday so I can spend more time living life
